Strategic campaign success in Switzerland. Read More

LocalSearch.ch, a division of Swisscom AG, stands as a dominant player in the marketing and advertising sector for Swiss SMEs. This entity operates renowned B2C directory platforms and boasts a workforce of over 600 employees, with a presence in major Swiss cities.

They initiated a campaign targeting founders of new companies across Switzerland.

Requirements

For the campaign, there was a need to develop a comprehensive landing system that allowed invited recipients to register their companies.

The goal of the system is to convert registered participants into potential leads, which were then automatically integrated into the company’s CRM.

Additionally, the new application required seamless integration with the company's robust information system built on a microservices architecture.

Our Role

We played a central role in:

  • bridging the communication gap between the marketing and software engineering teams, who often spoke in different technical languages.

  • conducting the software engineering of the entire landing system.

In a collaborative effort with the marketing team through numerous brainstorming sessions, we significantly influenced the initial concept, pointing to different aspects of user experience.

Also, we underscored the value of a comprehensive follow-up strategy, integrating this aspect into the user journey design.

Finally, we engineered the application to encompass all these elements, ensuring support for various requirements and incorporating A/B testing strategies to enhance effectiveness and user engagement.

Outcomes

The campaign experienced success. The company initially converted 10% of the targeted pool, yielding a robust return on investment.

Our modular design of the system facilitated cost-effective upgrades, leading to the development of version 2.
